Sandy Baetzhold,
Director of Worship and Music

Sandy joined the New Hope staff in January of 2006. She is a Butler University graduate, and has been involved with Indianapolis Opera, Anderson University and Broad Ripple High School as an accompanist. Prior to coming to New Hope, Sandy was the organist/accompanist at another local church for 16 years where she also directed the mens' chorus, praise band and gospel quartet. Sandy and her husband, Howard, reside in Noblesville.

Melanie Horwitz,
Director of Christian Education

Melanie joined our staff in November 2007. Originally from South Holland, Illinois, she holds a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and has been involved with various ministries at New Hope. Melanie and her husband Alex have two children and live in Fishers.

Caroline Steward,
Family Counselor

Caroline Steward, who has been a member of New Hope since 1998, joined the New Hope staff as a counselor in November of 2003. Caroline is a licensed clinical social worker with over fifteen years of experience working with families and children. Caroline has a husband Larry and two children; Mary Jane and Tommy. Caroline can be reached for appointments at the New Hope office at 570-8325 or at the Center for Family Life Ministries at 252-5518.

Jill Nisenshal,
Office Administrator

Jill Nisenshal became part of the New Hope staff in September of 2006. She holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University (Fort Wayne) and is a licensed teacher. Jill was born and raised in Auburn, Indiana and now resides in Fishers with her husband Andrew. She is a member of Carmel Lutheran Church and is an avid sports fan, especially of the Colts.
